I think you make it serious. For me, the dance can be considered a gift for the couple... Something special from a bro is never a bad idea. In my culture, we usually interesting performance in the wedding party... for example, singing or doing some acting for entertaining. and it does not mean that performers are hunger for shining in others' special occasion. ^^
