Love the little montage in the beginning. My grandma would have loved those cod fritters, lol. I looooooove custard, especially one that is coconut flavored. I really want to try the Renello de papa though, that looks so delicious.
Coconut oatmeal... sounds super interesting. What's the powder on top? I am not even going to attempt spelling it out but man...that bfast beef sando looks amazing! Altho I usually don't put ketchup in any form of sandwich/burger haha. I respect your choice tho lol. Morcilla(?) looks like korean food! We have pork sausage called Soon Dae which looks exactly like that but less the jalepeno peppers inside. Omg...Stewed goat... I am a huge fan of goat meat (if cooked and seasoned right). I love how they fry the skin of the pork too for the Morfongo(?). That Bacalaito looks very deceiving! From the looks, I was expecting it to be crispy, but when I saw you bite into it, it's super soft. Pastellino? looks like Empanadas (sp) which I believe is from Dominican Republic. o...m...gggg that a Plaintain sandwich.... looks amazing. I have tried sandwiches that kinda look like that but with french baguette. Maybe it's because I haven't directly sought out Puerto Rican cuisine here in Seattle, I just haven't had much experience with it. I love Mayo and Ketchup hahaha So good. I am not huge into desserts as you know but Quesitos(?) looks really good. I don't think I can do...that cream cheese on a biscuit dessert haha. Looks too.... creamy and sweet for my taste. Presentation looks great tho. I love when you guys speak Spanish. Because you guys speak such perfect English, it sounds even cooler when you talk in legit Spanish haha. Sorry I wrote a novel lol
That's cinnamon on top. So good. Lucky for you, it's just as good without keychup. Hahaha Yes! Morcilla is very similar to Korean Soon Dae!! Empanadas are life! And so are Jibaritos. :-) Quesitos are great because they aren't usually too sweet. Just a touch of honey. Hahaha No worries. We enjoy reading your comments.
Ive seeb those flags, now I know its a PR flags. Love the sandwich, rice and beans and coconut pudding. Never been to PR restaurant ,will go one of this restaurant all the food looks soo delicious. Would love to try empanadella looks like empanda in PH too.
Good stuff. I agree about Nelly's their coconut oatmeal is the best However you missed out on two staples there in Humboldt Park . 1. Is Papa Caches on Division has some killer Chicken and I do prefer their arroz con gandules w/ their Jibaritos 2. Is Diana's
Haven’t tried a jibarito before, but have had something similar - patacon at a Venezuelan spot. That minced garlic on top - yesss! Seafood one looks especially good and they fill it to the brim
Yes, I believe a couple of countries in Latin America have their own version, including Colombia and everybody says it was their invention, which is interesting. I'll eat them all regardless. LOL
Sooo good! There's gotta be a grandma somewhere in NY making this. We eat it a ton during the holidays. If someone is selling coquito, they usually sell tembleque :-)
I love Puerto Rican food. I have a question, are the pasteles from Bomba very spicy? Love the restaurants that have the different Puerto Rican foods, I like to eat . I like to enjoy my food with a Malta or Kola Champagne Thanks for sharing this video.

Great Foodie tour guys, thanks for sharing, James and Kim
Yes, today was so nice outside! Finally! You guys should definitively come to visit. Glad you enjoyed the tour.
The coconut oatmeal and jibarito sandwich look so good!
It was so so good! Thanks for stopping by!
Love the little montage in the beginning. My grandma would have loved those cod fritters, lol. I looooooove custard, especially one that is coconut flavored. I really want to try the Renello de papa though, that looks so delicious.
That relleno de papa was so good! One of our favorites for sure! Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice food, thanks for uploading!
Hi there!! So glad to have you here. And glad you enjoyed the videos.
Remember having tripleta on my first trip to Puerto Rico. That bread looks nice and thin so the filling gets to shine
Yes, everybody does it differently. So it's nice to try different versions wherever you go.
Yesss that garlicky mofongo!
Yeahhh You guys know what's up!
These sandwiches are ridiculous!! 😋😋 I love garlic sauce
Yes, garlic on everything!

ohh you eat so many different of food and all look great
Haha Glad you liked it!
Good stuff. I agree about Nelly's their coconut oatmeal is the best However you missed out on two staples there in Humboldt Park . 1. Is Papa Caches on Division has some killer Chicken and I do prefer their arroz con gandules w/ their Jibaritos 2. Is Diana's
He does have killer chicken. We went there not long ago. We’ll need to try Diana’s too. 🙌🏽
LOL
Need to try tembleque! Coconutty and topped with cinnamon a winning combo
Sooo good! There's gotta be a grandma somewhere in NY making this. We eat it a ton during the holidays. If someone is selling coquito, they usually sell tembleque :-)
Yum stewed goat! Haha hard to compete with your dad’s cooking
My dad really takes his time with this dish, but this one was pretty close.
Good save Maria
I love Puerto Rican food. I have a question, are the pasteles from Bomba very spicy? Love the restaurants that have the different Puerto Rican foods, I like to eat . I like to enjoy my food with a Malta or Kola Champagne Thanks for sharing this video.
The ones from Bomba weren't spicy but we've had spicy ones at other restaurants. Yes to Malta or Kola Champagne! :-) So glad you enjoyed the video, Mary!
I'm eating again while watching hehe i love all the food you ate but I want to try that jibaritos look so yummy looking forward to eat that food there in a future haha
