Mark Webb talks MS and his Career

Mark Webb talks about his flavour of disability which is MS. He is speaking at a Disability Inclusion Networking event for All4Inclusion.
Mark speaks openly about both his condition and how his employers allowed his career to continue to flourish whilst his health deteriorated. Now a public speaker, Mark shows how non disabled allies can make a real difference when it comes to inclusion for the disabled community.
What have your experiences been like with employers?
We know Mark was very lucky to receive the support he did, but he shouldn't have to be lucky.
