I will always love this kind of bands. The ones that usually are in a little corner but doesnt mind because they believe in every word they say and every note they play.
Real Music. Bad for the people that cant admire it.

He takes his time with those higher notes. He knows he can hit them, live or in the studio, and its fantastic to see someone with vocal talent recognize the simple things you can do to show off your pipes! Bravo Nathan!

God they are soo good live! They came to my school and opened for my school's spring concert and no one even knew who they were besides me. I was literally the only one singing along and loving every second of their awesome performance! SOO GOOD

Well late to this but Robbers and Cowards is their highlight. A gem of a record. Not a bad song on it. Excellent live.

Agreed - they play so tight live its sounds like the album cut. Plus their beats make you want to bounce around too. Waay worth seein if anyone gets the chance!

THANK YOU! There are so many people I know who try to be music hipsters an I really haven't met people who feel the same way as you. Even people who listen to things like TBS or Fall Out Boy (not bands I like but...) deny that they're popular to try to seem like none-popular music makes you more dignified. They became popular because they're music is good.

i think when these guys release their 3rd album, it will break them into the big time. from what ive read, they are going for a less raw / more polished finish to the 3rd record, and using the same producer as kings of leon.

I just don't see the problem of someone who like chart music listening to CWK. If they listen to them and like them. How is that con to affect you, or CWK?

I would't say they play tight live.. I love it live, because he's an amazing singer, and they're giving the audience everything they've got, but they aren't tight. The tempo is going up and down all the time.. He starts it off waaay too fast, then the drummer gets it into a normal tempo, and later it's getting slow. In some cases you'd say that it's on purpose, but I'm not sure in this case :)

@32wallace dont get me wrong dude, even rihanna has good songs, but first of all: she doesnt write them herself and second: most of the kids that listen to her ONLY listen to charts. music has no meaning to them they just like familiar things. show them ANY song 50 times and they will like it.

  • @dids42

the lead singer looks a lot like the so wedding singer from old school.

  • @Corslife

you know when i heard they will make soon their new record i was thinking "well i hope they will get the attention they have with this one"...but honestly i hope they stay underground so the fuckin rihanna kids won't hear music they don't even understand.

@32wallace the charts are the worst invention ever. cold war kids has meaning. meaning in music, in the lyrics just everything. true musicans that love what they do and love music. usher...justin bieber...chris brown, i mean come on! its just about money and the charts are the problem why the youth today is so fucked up. music is the most important thing in the world and there are so less people that can see and appreciate it.
