This is really cool for tropical city like us. Interesting street hawker selling sugar cane. The shell of sugarcane was removed before pressing for juice. It is clean and hygienic.

Sugarcane juice is appreciated in a lot of countries. In Brazil, we drink sugarcane juice (with a lot of ice and sometimes with lemon juice) eating pastel (chinese-inspired deep-fried crust pie, filled often with ground meat, brazilian white cheese or heart of palm) in open-air markets.

This is truly a great video. The only issue is that lady is using a machine with aluminum rollers which oxidize and contaminate the juice which is definitely not healthy. There are high food grade alternatives and hopefully she will buy one.

Sugar cane juice is literally nectar of the gods. And this is probably the only spot in the world to get it. They add a touch of tart oranges also. We paid 8 bucks in Hawaii for sugar juice that tasted like sink water with table sugar mixed in. Nothing compared to what this lady is making.

I'm Vietnamese , this is the first time i hear someone add water with the juice. If they do that they will not end well.
We drink 100% sugarcane juice too , add some ice and a bit lime juice
