It was a unique feeling walking down the same small streets with the memories flooding back to me. This song playing in my headphones as it happened. It’s been 7 weeks, and this song perfectly encapsulates how I feel. There’s more to it though. The music of this song carries a message of hope and a sad but uplifting spirit. For the first time, today, I didn’t feel that weight. And I think this song really helped with that. You are incredibly talented.

These guys replaced the love i had for Of Monsters and Men. Its so sad OMAM went downhill after the 2nd album going mainstream and losing the folk sound and the roots that got them there. Please dont go this same route Black Match. If there is one album that can describe a love i camt let go of thos album is it i cry to every song. Truly wonder what the meaning behind Black Match is... A match is something that strikes fire, a source of warmth and light. But a black match is almost a metaphorical oxymoron. Something that emits cold and dark. Like two opposing forces that together make a whole. And to also consider that the band is made of only two individuals which could symbolize these two forces. SO COOL
