Id feel so anxious if I were the owner like what if my fish dies from stress being carried to the show? Years of work spent raising it for nothing, not to mention I’d be so heartbroken too.

it's part of the hobby. there's always a risk when joining shows. the fish should be in great shape and well quarantined to be able to travel safely.
