    👩‍🏫Follow this simple guideline to create STRONG BONES:
    1. 🥬Eat plenty of Calcium-Rich Foods!
    Leafy greens like spinach and kale as well as nuts and seeds are high in calcium and other nutrients that are important for bone health.
    Fish like salmon, tuna, and mackerel are high in omega-3 fatty, acids, and vitamin D, which help protect against bone loss.
