I first listened this song just after a breakup over a toxic and intense relationship which was years ago now. This song makes more and more sense the later I listen to it. I love how I'm not the only one holding onto this song. I wish you all well!

I was in the middle of end of an 11 year marriage that sadly ended very badly, he’s no longer around, lucky for me I have our daughter to raise, ah the gifts of life. Peace and love, we are the lucky ones. ❤

Ive been listening to this over and over for years, and one thing I love about this version of Miracles is how it's changed meanings for me.
at a more innocent time in my life, the words "do you really wanna go back in time?" was a saying of hope, that if I really wanted to and work for it, I could recreate the joys of simpler times.
These days it sounds doubtful, almost sarcastic. "Do I REALLY want to go back in time?" am I really so conceited as to believe that there is any way to regain what I've lost, and the person I once was? can I REALLY delude myself a second time into believing that my happiness was real and that summer would last forever?
maybe some day I can really go back in time. the question is whether there is even a point, or if it is better to just let it go.

I've looked for this song about 5 years and couldn't find it and just now it suggested me and it feels like I'm back in the winter living next to the train station

I keep coming back to this, and more frequently sooner than later. The lyrics mimic my thoughts and her voice is haunting. This band has affected me by recognizing how I feel as a scientist, as a Gen X, my current political and economic status, and as human trying to make sense of the madness we call day to day life. I will definitely be turning my friends onto this.
