With the changes to his mana regenerating cards and bookmark super, I've honestly just been staying in test case 2 for most of the match now. I can fish for the good test case 3 spells using bookmark super, and I feel fine giving up exodia situations for more pressure.
Im content with the asuka changes, I still think rms getting shot and full order costing 95% mana from 8% is absurd, and having his strong tools generally nerfed makes sense even if he didnt really need any of it except the bitshift 5 nerf, my issue is that a character that wasnt even crazy to begin with gets shot hard while goldlewis, ram, sin get crazy buffs that just shoot already very good characters with few weaknesses and few bad mus to the moon meanwhile a character who already struggles to exist vs half the cast gets shot and is give no way to play the game differently outside of the tc swap thing and having his offense nerfed bigtime (alongside his defense) The overall balance just doesnt feel right, reward already very strong and very simple characters with absolutely absurd buffs in every aspect of the game, characters who have very few weaknesses and few bad mus, but punish characters who struggle heavy vs half the cast, who have to work extremely hard in comparison while doing mid dmg at best
