1:10:02 Ludwig claiming he can do 7m08s/mi pace for 4 miles. I've run 5km (3.11mi) in 23m11s at an amateur event and came 16th of 584. That was a 7m27s/mi pace. Had Ludwig attended, he'd have been 7th place. I was exercising 60+min every day for a few years and always eating very healthy to get in that shape. He's definitely in great shape if that is indeed his pace.

My #1 was a very short-form content creator who uploads 4 times a day and who I've really only been watching for less than a month, and my 2nd one was trash taste, literally every video of theirs is 2 hours long.
