@@rickyshelby3248 you must schedule your time for doing certain tasks and fix it. Like I in the morning keep a reading time fixed for 40 mins

It’s been a week since I have been doing these. Truly I'm so much motivated, energetic and happy. Now I'm feeling that I can actually change my life 🌸
1. Goal setting for next year (10, create vision board): will set this up cause I am so clueless and it is concerning
2. Morning routine (doing stretching daily, will start meditation and affirmation)
3. Gratitude practice (had started and left in between, will restart and be consistent this time)
4. Workout (working out regularly and will continue to be consistent)
5. No to outside food (so tough as festivities will start soon but will try!)
6. One page of journal daily at the end of the day (very irregular with it, now time to make it a habit)
7. Read one page of a book daily/curated articles (former bookworm lost touch with books, time to reconnect)
8. Limit your social media usage (just started 35 min instagram limit, will continue and start for other apps)
9. Improve your communication (record yourself and initiate conversation): will try this!
10. Do a hard thing daily: will analyse and then start
Wow so I won't be starting from scratch. I just need to be more consistent with existing practices and start the new ones. The most important one of goal setting is my biggest hurdle and will work on it ASAP.

if anyone do glow up like this in 90 days that will probably a temporary thing. first of all for me glow up means much more than physical appearance means we have to accept our self as who we are currently and that process gonna take much more time than you think second of all 90 days challenge is great for building good habits because you want to make a good habit in your life you have to consistent with it for 90 days then it will atomic(according to study) however everything she said those things were made by thousand youtubers no hate i am saying it cause i can't see any unique or different ways but i appreciate those who's talk about self growth stuffs but it's all common also i want to just say those who's only watching these type of videos and don't do anything but you want to grow i am telling you just put this aside you consume enough you need become 1%better then come again (for who has no progress ) now just start bit by bit otherwise ended up you will just watching videos (from personal experience) ofc i am watching this because when i grab my phone I am making sure i am not watching any timepass for fun videos specially reels, shorts because short videos can ruin our brain and attention, focus everything good we has in our internal. it's just good watching smthg knowledgeable instead scrolling.

I already started a 100 day challenge where I do three things to transform my life
1. Exercise daily (30 min)
2. Eat home-made healthy food
3. Code
Today is day 8 and I can feel the change in my body in my mind
I also add a reward system where I can have one cheat meal after every 10 days as I am a big time foodie 😅
