XRoads41 - Our Team & Our Vision

This video features the festival owners, management, and key production partners as they all convened at Oshkosh Festivals Park on May 13-15 for a site planning meeting. The team features world-class music event specialists from throughout the country including personnel from The Noise Academy (Site Design), Boiler Room (Campground Management), Phygital (Security), and Sledge Productions (Stage, A/V Production), but at its core, XRoads41 is truly a local effort. The festival’s ownership group all call the Oshkosh community home, and XRoads41l is a result of their endeavor to launch a reimagined music festival in the market.
