Ok hear me out both Kiryu and Jotaro are my fav characters and I know how strong p3 Jotaro is BUT Kiryu didn't even use tiger drop (which is 3-4 times stronger than Star platinums punch i guess?) AND he can even spam tiger drop everytime jotaro attacks but for Him to actually defeat jotaro he needs to be able to see and touch Star Platinum so yeah Jotaro has huge chances but i think Kiryu takes this one
