The Drawing of the Three is the second book in The Dark Tower series of novels written by Stephen King and published by Grant in 1987. The series was inspired by Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came by Robert Browning. The story is a continuation of The Gunslinger and follows Roland of Gilead and his quest towards the Dark Tower. The subtitle of this novel is RENEWAL. - Розваги

Man you just BECAME the voice of Roland in my head my friend! Since it's been 7 years I suppose asking for you to finish this book would be almost a waste of finger dexterity (on my phone) but I think finishing this book would help YOU out more than me or the 969 subscribers who also took that journey with you through the beach, with its unique characters and ominous questions. I don't know what happened to you 7 years ago on the brink of part 27, but its time to buck up maggot, no gunslinger ever reached his Ka by giving up before the journey even truly began. Na I'm joking my friend......mostly. I don't want to go to another narrator to finish this but, we'll see I suppose, I have to finish this and the series. If you kept going I would say "long days and pleasant nights" but since I'm confused on why this didn't finish I'll just ask this....Didda chick!?? Daddy chum!???

@@davidmorningway6025 Daddy chum LOL.. anyway, I think the narrator occasionally reads comments with Detta's evil grin, slowing our journey. What else could explain such an absence of darkness after baiting us in.. unless it _is_ a lesson and we're the maggots 🤔 I don't know, but it's obviously time to move on.

As a huge Stephen King fan I've been putting off reading the dark tower series for a long time just because of time issues. Then I found this and you read me the gunslinger and now the drawing of the three...Majin you can't leave me hanging did you ever do the rest of the book? I know this video was posted a while back but if you see this can you let me know what's up

Sadly all the videos were down for a better part of 2 years with a copyright battle between me and Schuster books. Since they were taken down almost right after an upload i stopped and never thought i'd get them back. Now most of them are back up... except part 2 of the first book. Wierdt. ain't it.

The issues were not legal, as this does fall under fair use. I'm not publishing the writing, nor their cover art. It is my interpretation of the writing - tone, interpretation etc - but it just takes a REALLY long time to get a video back up if it's down.
I mean i'd get it if it was a direct upload of their audiobook version. But it isn't. It's little old me with my eastern european accent reading a book.
Alo from Oregon. I asked about the copy because you can use a program...Audacity....and listen to them in real time and make copies for yourself if you do not have them. I am glad they are back after you put all that work into them. Well wishes to you as in your life. Noroc!

hey man. Yea back when i was publishing these, Shuster books took ALL of them down for copywright issues. And basically every new video was being taken down. So I stopped.
It took over a year to get all the videos back up, and Part 2 of the first book isn't up to this day.
It basically killed my motivation.
That is truly unfortunate and petty on their part. UA-cam/Publishers are pretty tough on copy write issues these days.
I hope you are able to continue your voice work in some other way. I could hear a clear improvement over the course of your production and you were able to convey the strong emotions of the story through your performance. Thanks again for work and the reply!

Before I start with an audiobook on UA-cam. I go for the comments in the last video uploaded to know if it is incomplete. Which is the the case in this one what a shame. Why?????
Sadly My guy, while I was doing these activly, Shooster boocks decided to copyright strike every single one. And all videos were gone form my channel. I spent half a year trying to get them back until i finally gave up. about 4 years later they all randomly came back up (I summarize that the strikes were never actually followed up on).
I didn't produce any new ones because back then I couldn't upload if i had more than a few videos claimed. and i had ALL of them. First booka nd this one.
Do you think you might give it another try sometime eventually? I gatta admit I really enjoyed the reading all the way through. Hoping someday you’ll finish it up

Somebody, please, watch a certain kevin bacon movie, 'murder in the first', this narrator's 'detta voice', is an exact match for bacon's character in 'murder in the first'! You can't unhear it once you've noticed.

My friend I listened to both of these, and I found The wastelands on another persons page listened to the first part, but parts 2-6 are removed due to copyright,I hate that people report such books, just so they can see the same books from their own sites, The only one who have rights to sell these books are Mr. King's publisher, I will never buy a bootleg copy

Sadly.. a long time ago, Shuster books took down all the videos i was uploading. I tried for over a year to get hem back but to no success.
I stopped making them, as they were just gonna get taken down.
Years later, all of them just ... popped back up for no reason. But obviously i'm at a very different point in my life now. :(

As i was doing the videos, Simon And Shooster books attempted to copywright strike my chanel. They took down ALL MY VIDEOS.
I submited counterclaims, but nothing. FOR 2 and a half years. NOTHING. Obviously I stopped production, cos I risked my channel being taken down.
And then one day.... randomly.. they all came back. For no reason. No explaination.
Well not all P2 of the first book is still missing.
But yeah. That's the story.
And about 2 years ago the series started getting views so that's how you found it.

A smaller company tried before shuster. So i was able to get it back quick.
But shuster books are BIG. REALLY big. So the assholes used their legal system to just bog down my channel for years.
Now i'm 35. Not 23 anymore :)) don't have the time. BUT OH i'd love to just pick up and continue. Have a better mic too :))

I kniw man. But at one point all the videos were taken down by shuster books. I filed plenty of counter notices, but to no avail. Randomly about a year later all videos were restored

Hey. Well See a long time ago, the entire playlist was taken down by a copywright strike filled by shuster books. I applied a counter claim, but a lot of videos were in limbo. For monnths i tried to get them back... but to no succes. About a year later, bam they were all back. I stiill don't know why. BUt by that point... i had stopped completely.

I counter notified, but youtube just refused to answer. For over 5 fucking years.... and then "claims have been dropped" and they were all back.
Recently another company took down 14 of them, but this time they were all back in 7 days.
I didn't "stop". I was forced too years ago.

@@RasputinPrime75 Oh it's just youtube and big corporations fucking the little guy over. It happened back in around when this video was put up. It's when the whole claims system was instated and every major corporation was abusing. It just took SO LONG for my specific case to be rezolved, especially being from Eastern Europe myself.... That... as the world did in the books, I moved on.
Then the videos came back :)) and they started getting views. Suprisingly part of me wants to start up again. :))
