- A court in Berlin's Pankow has denied the custody of 27-month-old Ariha Shah to her parents and handed her over to Germany's Youth Welfare Office (Jugendamt). Ariha has been in the custody of the Jugendamt since September 2021.

News channels should provide unbiased news. Child was taken to hospital several times for injury to private part. Once injury was so severe that baby was bleeding from her vag*na. Child was hospitalised and 4 stiches were given. It looks like clear case of se*x abuse. Grandfather ran back to India by next flight which is suspicious. This parents booked tickets for him. Hence German court thinks that parents are not fit to be parents which is correct. Infact there should be court case against father in law in India. This mother should have told the name of culprit. She didn't so she lost the child. Stand for your child mom.

Yeah men !! These developed country court's had gone NUTS and that how they are developed being NUTS. Indian media had already given the verdict that German courts had abducted the kid and these innocent parents are just a poor victim who sometime beat kids since its a part of culture.

@@Rutwik473That is correct. Ariha was born in Germany on February 2021 (which is after January 1, 2000). Bhavesh and Dhara came to Germany in 2018 with a residence permit for at least three years. India's constitution prohibits dual citizenship (Article 9).

At such a tender age, that too a girl child. My heart bleeds for the child and her parents. regardless of what is the situation the family should be extradited back to India and allow the indian authorities to look into the case. I really wish them the best.

I didn't quite understand why the child was taken. They suspect the parents abused her? I heard something about a skull injury but that was later found to be untrue? What are the other charges?
The other injury.
Charges are or abuse coz girl had genetal injuries. But on investigation german police themselves ruled out charges without any doubt. And german senior doctors themselves said that it was just an accident. It is not abuse. Yet the child not returned to parents
@@kinjalshah9164 They did not "rule it out". They just didn't have any evidence to pinpoint the perpetrator but that doesn't mean they're innocent. The majority of sexual assaults are unproven.

The german authority say that the child had shown signs of sexual abuse since the child had injury in genital parts which the parent was unable to explain the cause of injury properly.. they want child to be in safe hands

Why is that poor thing in Germany in the first place? Why were her parents in Germany? The authorities would have never given her into the care of the Welfare Office if there hasn't been something very wrong or fishy. Perhaps the child had to be protected?
