We fished all day this past Monday, it was a grind. We would come into a pod of fish and get one or two and have to move on and search again. 3pm came around and it was on. Cracking them on a jerkbait for an hour straight on one spot that we had previously fished twice throughout the day. Sometimes timing is everything.
I have actually used a private farm pond stocked with bass, bg, perch….you name it. This is where I learned bass behavior as the pond is always changing.
I had this happen this week. I was catching them on a frog Sunday evening on a particular spot went back for our wednesday night tournament same spot same time same lure and tried everything else and no fish. so frustrating but i guess the challenge keeps me coming back.
I saw a phantom bass the other day in the water. Probably 7 lbs or more. The biggest is ever seen. I knew the area was good just couldn’t hook up with the bass. Gotta keep learning
Great information I know just what you are talking about you know I told you that I am new at bass fishing but I have had to happen cat fishing thank you
you know the sexy dawg that you talk about is it good for ponds that don`t have shad because there`s no blue gill color or should i look for another bait? thanks love your vids!
Tyler I think you make bass fishing too complicated sometimes. Fish are no different than people. People eat when they’re hungry. They also eat different things daily. I go out there with the mentality that it’s not called catching for a reason. Knowing the body of water and what the bass are able to eat in that water I think is the most important bit of info. If the water is full of blue gill and you throw a white swimbait you’re prolly not gonna get bit.

Can I get this profound quote on a neoprene sock? 😁
This would be an excellent quote on a Finn Sunshirt!

I’d like to see more dark colored hoodies: black, navy, charcoal, etc. Thank you for your awesome videos!

I need motivation to fish. Haven't caught anything in 10 days even though there are fish everywhere up near the bank.
Is there a discount code for the Finn fishing shirt and hoodie I'm a little bit short but I want one they look really nicely made
I fish 4 lakes around me and they all have different timing ....never heard anyone talk about this before
