I know we create a lot of Dream Build films with some incredible bikes, but this has really hit a sweet spot and I hope you enjoy it, please head over to Atherton bikes website and social channels to find out more! www.athertonbikes.com instagram.com/athertonbikes/?hl=en
Hi mr @Gee Milner i am one of you subscriber from philippines happy watching you building a different kind of most very good bike.. hope you notice me and more videos to watch from you love from philippines
That was absolutely amazing!! You nailed capturing the fascinating process Atherton bikes use to create their awesome creations!! I've wanted to see this for ages and loved every second of it, thank you!!
Undoubtedly among my favourite builds. The Unno series, the Hope HB 130 and now this Atherton are, for me, the masterpieces of this channel... until now, I hope. Amazing bike and build, beautifully captured on video. Thank you.
Best yet!!! To see how these have been developed & manufactured, before build shows just how much belief they had in themselves to get these beasts into production, because I bet it wasn't plain sailing all the way, stunning machinery and bike in general!!! 👌🏼😍🔥
Stunning, absolutely stunning. The manufacturing process is bonkers.! When you think it was steel or ali tubes just 30 odd years ago and now this, it’s amazing. Respect the the R&D team to be able to create such a process 🙌😎
Dmls (direct metal laser sintering) absolutely a revolutionary process. I use to work with parts made in the same way out of nylon (sls - selective laser sintering) for rapid prototyping.
Just commented on doddy's video bout latest dh bikes saying that Atherton is my pick but change the dh fork to enduro fork and also the mech with 1x12 here it is now....wow i mean WOW.! Now its my new dream bike!
Yes, I loved Gee. The whole really innovative and artisanal process, so to speak, is superb. Even more filmed by you. He managed to capture all the magnitude of this work, a dream!
Desde que supe Atherton, hacia bicis quería ver su fabricación. ¡Gracias @Gee Milner, por tan magnífico trabajo y regalo! Justo para empezar la temporada 2022.
Epic, my favourite build to date.. I wonder if they would leave the frame unpainted and fully raw with only a clear coat.. that would really highlight the manufacture
Oh man getting the prints of the substrate. I know that hassle to well from work having multiple thousand dollar parts for the automobile indutry and you just have to got at it with a hammer and a chisel. Feels weird evereytime
hats off for the director! Gee, I started wishing I could work there! Would love to take one of this for a spin.... but a bike that costs 9 months of salary with no bills paid..... just the dream lol
Hello, wonderful work for you. Everything is done and assembled very nicely. Nice to watch because 10 points are installed. The bike full is just awesome. 😍😍 Respect for your whole team. Great success in further projects.👍👍👍👌👌👌
I wonder if the frame manufacturing process can be scaled up or if the Athertons really envision their bikes to be a kind of boutique brand with a niche market.
Anyone know the size or model of DK sonic cleaner he’s using? It looks like a 33 liter. Is it worth going to the digital timer controls instead of the dials?
Very cool build, really enjoyed seeing the whole process, but how is that amount of manual labor, just for the 3D printed parts, sustainable for manufacturing?!

Thanks Gee you did such a sick job on this...
What music do you use for the videos?
Way too expensive and time consuming
As Sam Pilgrim would say - that is EPIC!
That was absolutely amazing!! You nailed capturing the fascinating process Atherton bikes use to create their awesome creations!! I've wanted to see this for ages and loved every second of it, thank you!!
Thanks Michael. Glad you liked it!
Undoubtedly among my favourite builds. The Unno series, the Hope HB 130 and now this Atherton are, for me, the masterpieces of this channel... until now, I hope. Amazing bike and build, beautifully captured on video. Thank you.
Finally a factory tour showing their employees in proper PPE. Love that the assembler is not over greasing and I'll be using their grip cover trick
I'm speechless incredible work , this is art we need more like this!
Nothing is gonna beat this dream build....thank you for showing us how the bikes are made. Really something special!
i love how the tires go on easy and the dropper cable comes rite out of the seatpost! editing magic!
Totally awesome build, transfixed from beginning to end, the 3D printing was particularly interesting
The process of making the lugs was like watching a sci-fi film, truly amazing tech.
that's some high quality printing.
Probably the best 39 minutes of my last 5 years. Speechless 😶
best ad for any bike I've ever seen!
I like his method of measuring and cutting the steerer, 9 spacers prior, 5 after below, and having a bit of tube above the stem after.
That’s one of the best - scratch that - that is the best I have seen so far. The guy is happy that tops it all. Cheers mate.
Trp dh-r evo brakes silver or gold edition also fits the color scheme on that astonishing bike! Man I absolutely love this build!💯💯💯
Best yet!!! To see how these have been developed & manufactured, before build shows just how much belief they had in themselves to get these beasts into production, because I bet it wasn't plain sailing all the way, stunning machinery and bike in general!!! 👌🏼😍🔥
One word comes to mind…..INCREDIBLE!!!

The 3D printing blew my mind. This dream build is up there in my fav. There is an Artistic form to it
Sick I wish we had more manufacturers videos
This is the ‘A Space Odyssey’ of the bike builds to me. Awesome
This is mind blowing. What an incredible build. So well captured
Yes, I loved Gee.
The whole really innovative and artisanal process, so to speak, is superb. Even more filmed by you. He managed to capture all the magnitude of this work, a dream!
This is the definition of a bikebuild video.
‘We love your bike first’ ❤
So beautifully relaxing, and what an awesome process to see
That is one sweeeet looking bike! Interesting to see the manufacturing process too!
Desde que supe Atherton, hacia bicis quería ver su fabricación. ¡Gracias @Gee Milner, por tan magnífico trabajo y regalo! Justo para empezar la temporada 2022.
Wow! What a rest I had watching this build process!
Lots'a love, cheers, & Mabuhay, from tropical Philippines! #KeepBiking
Watching them build this bicycle - a humble bicycle - is more akin to science fiction than reality.
It feels like we are watching top secret footage for the space program! The future is today boys and girls! This tech is mind blowing 🤯!
Absolutely amazing! Fan boy for life!
Incredible handmade frames engineering is top notch
That is a great vid showing the dedication and effort going into a hand built bike👌
This is Amazing...!!! 👍😀🖒
my dream build bikee!!!!! love it!
Epic, my favourite build to date.. I wonder if they would leave the frame unpainted and fully raw with only a clear coat.. that would really highlight the manufacture
Raw is an option and they do look incredible. No clear coat on the lugs, just lacquered tubes
31:54 and the best brake in the world! Trickstuff
Absolutely amazing.
Would love to see a Weis or Pratt build
Really enjoyed that. Initially thought the prices were a bit of a joke until I watched this.
beautiful
Oh man getting the prints of the substrate. I know that hassle to well from work having multiple thousand dollar parts for the automobile indutry and you just have to got at it with a hammer and a chisel.
Feels weird evereytime
what kind of digital torque wrench does he use?
This is pure ART!
Just Wow!!!! Thks for the share 🤩🤩amazing craftsmanship!
hats off for the director! Gee, I started wishing I could work there! Would love to take one of this for a spin.... but a bike that costs 9 months of salary with no bills paid..... just the dream lol
Absolutely amazing!
Great video. Mega bike 👌 How come the machining of the lugs was missed out?
Hello, wonderful work for you. Everything is done and assembled very nicely. Nice to watch because 10 points are installed. The bike full is just awesome. 😍😍 Respect for your whole team. Great success in further projects.👍👍👍👌👌👌

That’s a beautiful bike.
Amazing build!
Intricate Masterpiece 🤘🏼
that's pure joy!
Just incredible! 👏
This video is very satisfying 💯😍
Amazing video. I love it
Looks like a Session 🤙
This was awesome. Thanks Gee, love your work. I would love to see an Orbea Rise dream build. The Yeti eMTB was cool.
Que ermosura los felicito 👏
There's so much about this that's the tops, but as always I just really enjoy the correct and liberal use of red loctite.
Fascinating stuff 👌
Это просто офигеть как круто!!! Очень классная работа)
Beautifull bike and video... 🤘🏽😉
Base on my research atherton am.150 is titanium frame 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
BEAUTIFUL!!!! ART
3d printing alloy. That is really cool :D
I always enjoy your vids sir. I always admire your works. Keep up the good work sir. ❤️❤️❤️
What's the machine they're using to case the stem and other bits? Is it like a metal 3d printing machine of sorts?
Uh! That is very interesting to see how much effort you put in the 3D parts. Seems that these 3D parts are the most expensive of all the parts.
absolutely brilliant....
Spettacolo! 👏
I wonder if the frame manufacturing process can be scaled up or if the Athertons really envision their bikes to be a kind of boutique brand with a niche market.
Solid build 👍
JUST WOW! 💯
superb video. wow!
How long does it take from pressing print to it been left in the jig to dry?
wow thats amazing great work
Wow very nice bike kasipa
Hi👋 wow 👌 nice video 📹 have a good day 😊
Incredible bike
JUST WOW!
Nice bike 😊👍🏻👍🏻
Humans are so amazing..they're 3d printing metal now.
Easily the nicest build you've done mate! Seeing the whole frame manufacturing process makes the cost of them not seem quite so bad! Lol
Amazing. What a fantastic film 😍
absolutely amazing👌
There’s no better way to get the lugs off that base? Is the base reusable after he chiseled on it?
Brutall nice!
Anyone know the size or model of DK sonic cleaner he’s using? It looks like a 33 liter. Is it worth going to the digital timer controls instead of the dials?
Didn’t know you could deep fry bike parts 🤔
Very cool build, really enjoyed seeing the whole process, but how is that amount of manual labor, just for the 3D printed parts, sustainable for manufacturing?!
