    Mr. Shomu, thank you very much for this lecture. Very accurate and simple at the same time. It will be fantastic to give us examples and images for different particles\material. One last thing that I would like to hear from you is the staining of the samples if the atoms are not "heavy" enough to give us a signal. I appreciate your work!!

    Presentation is superb. At the same time cutting sample with glass knife and diamond knife is not easy as you have explained in your presentation. Even sample preparation is a tedious job. If fixation and preparation is not good your whole procedure will collapse and it will impact your results. From A to Z it should be accurate and dust free environment.

    Hello sir, thank you for your amazing lecture... I just have a Q.. in case of TEM , why eye EML is before detector? How we can see the image befor detector ? .....

    • @sudhamaydinda724
      @sudhamaydinda724 3 роки тому

      That is not eye,,,He is talking about eye piece lens actually,,

    • @bvbreddy68
      @bvbreddy68 2 роки тому

      you can not see actual specimen with your eyes, what you see is shadow or image of specimen in black and white .This is due to negative staining of grids with urynyl acetate. electrons pass through copper grid on which sample or thin sections are placed.there is no eye lenses in TEM.

    Interesting lectures. Please can you explain if using PCR to find sequence of interest, say a viral sequence, the primer and probe alone will somehow stick to complementary sequence in a crude sample with many mixed sequences of different lengths and nucleobases. Am confused by the terminology used calling the target sequence of interest a template seems to imply a predesigned sequence is also added into the PCR process. Grateful if you can clarify. Thanks.
