Only played one match myself so far but found i was getting wiped out lol. Basically everyone uses snipers as far as I can tell so you just get picked of as soon as your out of cover. I would agree that maybe 240 is a bit much and only hearing from you its going to be 20 dollaridos which certainly seems a bit expensive....but with that being said it does seem to offer quite a lot of content similar to that of "golden era" fps' that were used to, 16 maps and 11 modes is quite a chunk, I'm also impressed with the level of weapons available and the customisation aspects, the fact that there's came customisation as well. Right now its got *hints* of battlefield(with the classes and weapons/unlock system) but to me its more akin to squad with a certain meme aspect to it, but that only comes from the polygon graphics I belive, remove that and you've got a tactical large scaled modern combat simulator, the graphics just make it more accessible.
I believe it could benefit from larger maps that are divided up into themed sections-- smaller maps to make up a larger map. It would really help it feel like there is more use to having 240 soldiers, and would spread out the combat to match the pacing of that sort of combat.
Keep in mind that the few devs that are working on the game they have said that the 240 player servers are just stress tests at the moment and that they plan to make the server 128 player although that may change

Keep in mind there is limited play test to actually play the game and are only open at certain times but you CAN play a training area anytime you want.
Tried it yesterday and I can tell you, clutches like 0:39 definitely not happens. People are unexpectedly skilled and when anyone sees you, you have at most 2 seconds to kill him, or else you're dead. It really felt like playing against full radiants in valorant lmao
I think the 240 players is awesome since it’s chaos and just constant full out warfare like battlefield 2042 promised. Plus I like the simple design. All these hyper realistic games are going repetitive and this is nice to have
yeah the only cons i would take from this is the $20 price. Tbh its what the devs deserve considering the 3 of them created such an amazing experience for millions of people but the general audience this level of quality in sounds and graphics is expected to be atleast $10-$16 at range. Considering they already have more than 10 million players i dont think thatll be a problem. Independent severs would definitely cataput this for a few years or so
I believe the devs said the 240 player servers were purely to stress test their netcode and server infrastructure. Dont quote me on this however, this is second hand information, so try digging on the forums to confirm this.
The price is the biggest issue in my opinion. This just looks like a might try it on a weekend f2p game, not something you’d spend 20 bucks on and get invested in long-term. I think they would perform much better both financially and player-count wise if they lowered the price down to no more than £5, which is what most people can comfortably spend on a game they’ll not play regularly, but still have fun on the occasion that they do launch it.
considering that this isn't even early access yet, this game is already better than some AAA titles. the only iffy thing is the teamsize. maybe if they add massive maps then the teamsize can work better, but for now i love the chaos honestly.
I think since Battlefield 2042 faild. There is an empty slot to be filled. Battlebit can easily fill that slot. Battlefield 2042 is a $60 games that lacks content. While Battlebit is priced at $20 and has lots more content, fun game play, and easy to run. Sure the graphics aren't great but looks a lot more fun than it's competitors. $20 is a bit steep but look at what you get compared to Battlefield 2042
I got totally roasted while playing. But I will happily pay the 20 bucks after I got pulled over the table with EA and Dice again. Indi developers that listen and put so much effort it to a game like this deserve it. And if the game gets a lot a attention it will get so much content. Love the mix of realism and arcade.

So it wont have 200+ player after the stress tests are over with?
its fascinating that we can compare game thats not even in early access to AAA games
EA and Dice: “Oh I get it now, they want low polygon graphics!!”
Keep in mind there is limited play test to actually play the game and are only open at certain times but you CAN play a training area anytime you want.
If 2042 took the best aspects of bad company, bf3, bf4, and bf5 implementing them in 2042 the game would be legendary
But alas, they messed that up.
5:30 HE STARTS TO CAMPLAIN WHAT REAL COMBAT IS LIKE XD
THE SERVERS ARE OFFLINE FOR 25 DAYS AS OF TODAY when im typing this shit. I downloaded it and was hyped to play but then all the servers were down.
Tried it yesterday and I can tell you, clutches like 0:39 definitely not happens.
People are unexpectedly skilled and when anyone sees you, you have at most 2 seconds to kill him, or else you're dead. It really felt like playing against full radiants in valorant lmao
You are just playing in tryhard server or with the people that want to grind the attachments
Independent severs would definitely cataput this for a few years or so
The real sequel to BF4
this is the first game that allowed me to play 8k ultra with still 100 frames to spare
I believe the devs said the 240 player servers were purely to stress test their netcode and server infrastructure. Dont quote me on this however, this is second hand information, so try digging on the forums to confirm this.
I have about 8 hrs into this game and would gladly pay $20 for it. I suck but I'm having a blast.
Thanks!! I've just downlaoded it, worth to give it a try I suppose :)
This looks so FUN. Which is the whole point of playing a game.
basically: Betterfield
camouflage that actually works, in a roblox looking game of all places. Looks like i'll be trying this.
Get a job. $20 is nothing these days. $5 is what they should’ve charged for BF2042
@@bearmilk934 I do have a job, and $20 is still too much money to spend on a game with roblox playermodels lol
I would be fine with 10-15 $ but 20 is a tiny bit too much
@@bearmilk934 Not everyone lives in america where 15 dollars an hour is easy money,to some people 20 bucks is alot.
Not really overpriced with the work put into it. Not to mention that the dev team is really small.
considering that this isn't even early access yet, this game is already better than some AAA titles.
the only iffy thing is the teamsize. maybe if they add massive maps then the teamsize can work better, but for now i love the chaos honestly.
it's gonna be popular because it will run so well on so many systems
Honestly this would be my description on the game, its seems to be more like a Squad but blocky more than a Battlefield game
sucks how the playtest ended
loved it i cant wait til the second play test!
This game is awesome !
well i have the game about 1 month ago but...i wonder if the testers will get full free battlebit when it released
Love games like this that focus on fun gameplay and a solid experience rather than making triple-A promises and underdelivering.
I hate how I just saw this and the servers are offline now
I got totally roasted while playing. But I will happily pay the 20 bucks after I got pulled over the table with EA and Dice again. Indi developers that listen and put so much effort it to a game like this deserve it. And if the game gets a lot a attention it will get so much content. Love the mix of realism and arcade.
I downloaded this today and holy shit I love this, even though the servers are down I still have fun learning the mechanics and also still loving the fal
I loved that there is point shooting (I think thats how its called) when using NVGs
