@@trazzi143 I was the one to try it couple years ago. Played it now as well, still too arcade overall and clunky, but anyway it is my 2nd option after Insurgency Sandstorm.
I've been playing this game for so long that it's literally apart of my weekly life, i've been there when it first launched and i was there when it essentially died and some youtuber revitalized it for a while. Hopefully your playerbase can make it super super super popular again.
Long gone are my days of liking the Free-to-play/Unlock things by leveling up system. Tried both and by far the gunplay of Battlebit, the freedom of choice on Attachments and all is far superior.
Just discovered your channel in the last week and I've thoroughly enjoyed the niche you're holding down. Coming from someone who is absolutely sick of the blockbuster FPS titles like BF and CoD, I can't get enough of this content. Looking forward to the Battlebit early access in April/May because of your channel. Keep it up!! 🙏🙏
Polygon feels bad tbh. Headshots deal way too much damage while body shots can feel like you aren't even hitting the guy. It has this awkward floaty feeling. There's also no burst movement options. You can jump but the moon gravity turns it into a disadvantage. So lets see what we have here: -No advanced movement -Random instant deaths and kills -Moon gravity What you're left with is a recipe for a game that heavily incentivizes camping and hiding. Not to mention there isn't any attachments available except for some optics. The game isn't fun enough to make me WANT to play and with almost nothing to work towards why would I even want to continue? Compare this to something like Bad Business or Phantom Forces and you'll see this needs lots of work to be finished.
Unturned is an amazing polygon survival game with shooter aspects. It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but it's worth giving a look on steam. My favorite game of all time for sure
wow. Actually wow, this game is a fine bf 2042 replica but it doesn`t have bugs and is also super fun for a free game. Hope it will get popular and players of bf2042 will start playing polygon aswell
I have 300+ hours into this game and it's a blast. Redaster Studios keeps updating and tweaking the game for the better. Don't let the low poly graphics hold you back you will have a lot of fun playing Polygon
There are actually a lot of games that are pretty similar to this, just because the asset pack used to make everything is probably the most popular pack of assets available for unity
Untturned is the game you are looking for, polygon graphics, survival zombie esk shooter thing, but there is also pvp and building and its all around really fun.
me watching the video: "Cool game i wonder how is it called? Maybe something like... Polygon?" me after Tacti said the title: *surprised pikachu face This is probably the most surprising situation that happend to me today
Yep me too. I think its because when a game uses photo-realistic textures and models it kinda opens itself to more scrutiny and criticism. Like you'd expect it to have better lighting and physics. But when a game uses cartoonish art style, the creators can take liberty with what they think is best look for the game. Like in this instance, you can see barely any movement in trees and foliage, but the larger variety and density makes up for it. If a dev tries such thing in a photorealistic game, it would just look off without the physics and lighting to back it up.
I have 12 hours in this game, but that's from back when the sound was bugged, half the players had hacks, and only a few guns were in the game. It's looking a lot better now
@@thecoolguy9364 An anticheat was introduced last september and cheaters have been very rare ever since. There is also a report system in place and you can always report a cheater in the discord server.

Tacti a survival shooter that looks very similar to this is called unturned. Its has the best modding options of any game ive ever seen. Its pretty fun for a few hours or days but it does get stale after probably 50-100 hours but its free so.
I think there's some problems with this game that can make it a bit discouraging for a new player 1. Visibility is a four letter word in this game, enemies blend into the background and chain link fences and trees are one way mirrors. 2. You don't start with a helmet, you will get instant killed if you get headshotted, however enemies do have helmets and most weapons needs 2 shots to the head, im not sure when do you get a helmet. 3. There's armor plates too since i've seen enemies with a shield icon above their heads taking a few bullets and not taking any damage. 4. Hit detection seems janky since there's instances i get 2-3 hitmarkers but ended up doing 0 damage, also getting killed around corners is pretty common in this game.
Getting killed behind wall is a regular occurrence. Most of my deaths were from behind walls. But when I shoot someone, most of the time they survive. Polygon is also pay to win. You are stuck with 1 rifle and no scope and it cannot kill with 1 shot. But a higher level player can come along with their scoped sniper rifle and kill you with 1 shot from across the map at a distance that would make your rifle essentially a pea shooter if you do hit.
@@RandomFandomOfficial i think this is even worse I activated premium and i feel that your soldier noticeable moves faster and has more HP. Not by much, but definitely noticeable. Premium makes your soldier stronger and faster.
This and WW3 are have my last hopes for a good fps release, COD , BF (RIP) and Halo ,all have fucked up, I just want a cool shooter to play without any problems lol, how difficult is that for AAA devs.
I solely love WW3 for their hit system. I hate the arcade feel of shooting and love the 2-3 hits to kill system. I provokes realism at the most of any game.

Hopefully they can do something with this game. The actual core of the game is surprisingly solid, but everything surrounding it is lackluster. Not much has changed since I initially saw it a couple years ago but hoping that changes!
Wish Battlebit went a different direction with the aesthetic, maybe something like TABS graphics or Polygon. But Battlebit will be an awesome game when it's released regardless.
Honestly I really don't like how the game models looks..., I prefer the Roblox arms of Battlebit, and I think the moving animations on this last game are extremally better in comparison with Polygon.
There's a game that I found recently called Deep Rock Galactic. It's not "realistic" but the gameplay is so fun and very addicting. Some of the drip zones look absolutely incredible too
