Love the content! I have a property sourcing agency and lead gen is the focus right now as I need clients, before everyone starts offering me their lead gen services (which I get all the time) I haven't made a profit yet. So I need to learn this for myself and master it ✊

If you're looking for agency clients, cold calling is a very effective way of doing outreach and setting a good amount of meetings consistently. Nonetheless, if you're reaching out to customers of your clients, emails are the best option, you cover a very large number.

When you get a list from your lead software and you verify it so it gives you the email that are valid so how do you add the verified list to your current list to get the other information like name and business name and all
