Ingredients for my sticky toffee pudding recipe that can be made ahead of time:
- 90g Soft pitted dates
- ½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 35g Butter
- 75g Demerara sugar
- 90g Self-raising flour
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp Black treacle
- 1 Egg
- 25g Butter
- 35g Muscovado sugar
- 50ml Double cream
- ½ tbsp Brandy
