Same 😊 sometimes my sister and I drive/walk round the rich neighborhoods in our town and point out houses we'd buy if we eon Lotto 😂😂 and yes we have no life
7:03 I think japan has more bathtubs that are for sitting in rather than laying in, so considering the whole theme of the house I'd say it's probably that

I had to laugh at "That column is just a straight-up tree". My house was built by my Dad and is full of beautiful wood supports. Our main floor goes all the way up to the roof, so we have a nice vaulted ceiling. All the different beams are full-on logs, and the ceiling, rather than being painted, is just wood. And the main floor is more of an open floorplan, so I'm currently sitting in a room with 27 visible logs.
I’m so glad that I’m not alone in boredom browsing Zillow. I usually end up just looking at the most expensive houses and go “oh thats weird” (I saw a house with a large room and in the middle was a tiny shower. But there was no drain. I think it was art?) or “oh wow that’s nice” (house in Utah literally had a full water park, and it was awesome). Also, if I ever find a house that is just absurdly priced…. It almost always has horse stuff. I don’t understand why, but people think that because they have horses on a property, the value increases 200%, it’s ridiculous. You should do a video on the houses in Texas, I saw some really cool ones when I was looking at buying out there. There’s a lot more space, but there’s also some coast, too. More ground to cover.

I’m an equestrian in Northern VA and worked at one of the most expensive properties in the wealthiest county (getting paid pennies on the dollar of course 🙄) and a whole lot of the people I know go south to you for the cold months
@@job39burrito yeah I’ve noticed we have a lot of what we call “snow birds” around here, so I can see that being the case for the equestrian communities too.
I saw the coolest thing in a house in Utah. I was bored and just looking at houses in the west (I live in the Midwest so it’s fun for me) and saw one house that basically had a full on WATER PARK on the INSIDE. I would love to have a water park in my house, I get to act like a kid as a fully grown adult. It’s been two months, and I’m only just now learning that I said “in a house in a house” in the original comment, how has no one mentioned this.
Oh I missed these videos where it's just Daniel and his adhd and the most random favourite activity... My favourite activity is looking at rentals I'm never gonna rent to be honest...
I think you should do Michigan, it is a small state but the people are kind of eccentric and lake houses are common and expensive so I am curious to know how that would pan out. I have nothing else to say. Love your videos
Love your channel Daniel! Keep up the awesome work ❤❤❤ also, if you’re going to do this again, maybe try somewhere further north like main, Vermont, or Connecticut.
As a Native Floridian now living in Hawaii, that $1900 HOA for that house is a STEAL! You should see what we get for a $1900/mo HOA out here. Also, St. Auggie has to have their beaches pumped as it erodes like crazy so that $1.7mil house is a steal for a reason. I loved my college days there but I would never buy a home in St. Auggie just because of how bad it gets hit with hurricanes.
That first house looks so goofy from the outside. Like no thought went into making it actually fit into the landscape. I’m surprised he was not more critical on it because it made me laugh as soon as I saw it.
You should do Montana homes next. Our real estate has gone up so much in the last few years that a starter home is half a million and no one can afford to live here anymore.
Hahaha, there's either so much to ridicule and rightfully so or so much to admire.....so so so it's fun to peruse and think about. Wanna do Oregon next? All I've experienced is poor poor, except for this one guy's property that I visited who had a guest two story house. That family was rich, but I wonder what other rich people's houses would look like in my state
"where are all the cuckoo clocks??" My grandpa's house. They're in my grandpa's house. He has 5 cuckoos, at least 20 watches and other misc clocks, about 10 grandmother clocks (apparently there is a distinction?) And an unknown number over 20 of grandfather clocks 👍 but we "don't know where the autism came from"
I saw an earlier video of yours where your microphone electrocuted you - here's my comment on that, sending it here for a higher chance of you seeing it About the electrocution issue - I've had the SAME issue. Turns out, my grounding wasn't working properly because the person who was doing the wall painting PAINTED OVER THE OUTLET. I cleaned off the grounding, and sure enough - no shocks! A little bit of the 220V current passes through the microphone, which is what causes the shock. It could be dangerous, so definitely hire an electrician to check that for you.
Too many of those houses are on the water & I bet that the insurance companies ain't payin out anymore so, that's why they're on sale. As for what place to browse on Zillow next? West Virginia.
My sister likes looking at houses on Zillow too, lol. My mom and I like voting and critiquing houses and rooms on Facebook. Now I wanna go look at the most expensive house in Florida. Peace out. 😂
Daniel, baby! If you want a house thats about what im assuming is in your price range that looks like those house might i recommend places like Irvine, Mission Viejo, places in Orange County 😊
As someone who also lives in LA, this is very depressing. And you should do California next so that people will see why.
at least you all have nice weather. house prices in Canada are insane and I'm pretty sure that it's warmer on planet Mars than it is here right now :(

There's a house in Minnesota on its own little island. So not only would you get a house, you'd basically get an island
1900 a month for the HOA and I bet they take care of next to nothing. 😆
