5:28 where is the logic in this, is the algorithm going to push your video to those countries tho? Like what if you videos are huge in a country with a lower cpm but you haven’t clicked their ad venue on? I could be missing something but I don’t see the benefit

Algeria is not one of the highest CPM countries. That Top Ten list was wrong. Maybe you could target Arabs living abroad.
