Personally I do not like grey, they could of chosen better pastels but the rest of the design and features reflect a warm and welcoming modern family home with a high class vibe.
Commenting on a person/s, families home, possessions. Seems unnecessary, rude to be negative. It's a home resale video not a home entered into a TV show, competition.
I LOVE THIS ARCHITECTURE….Then I got inside. Interior paint and soft scape color design is so bad…..hardly any continuity…except bits of bad in every room. You don’t do warm woods w/ all shades of gray/yellows/mustards.…. AND some SPLASH OF ORANGE….I did see orange or rust somewhere. Stairway railings painted as if from a horror comic book…..Sorry, but this is when an interior designer SPENDS CLIENTS MONEY to do their own creative expression….not necessarily what’s good for the HOME. Take cold grey OUT…..REPAINT THE WHOLE INSIDE….most hard flooring is BEAUTIFUL….KITCHEN/dining gorgeous….then they decorated with shades of grays!?….Should have been warm cream/antique white colors, subtle greens possibly…/ some distressed golden woods….gosh…where to start. If the base color theme were different beautiful accent colors could have been introduced. It’s a shame. Home’s bones are beautiful. Very sorry. I don’t know what you started with. I could live in that beautifully built home….once it was redecorated. Point is: you do what NEEDS TO BE DONE TO SELL THE HOME….so you must showcase it appropriately.
@@winkieblink7625 Suggesting to redecorate to sell can lead to extra environmental impact, waste, even expense for the buyer. We or seller don't know what the buyer wants, many want to make changes themselves so it becomes more their home.
The camera work is first class but the format just does not work for me. I get no sense of the flow of the house and a walk through with a guide would be more informative. Check out Damien merry to see how it should be done (He should hire your camera guy though).
You do realise the home owners may read your comment. It's a sales video, not a home entered onto a television show for critique or admiration. Seems unnecessary to comment on personal taste.
@@leafy803 in all fairness….the home is advertised on You tube for the whole world to see. Therefore, depending on where a person lives comes the critiquing comments. The home is beautifully built, no disputing that. I know California is a world of its own but in CA it is very common when a beautifully built home goes up for sale if the soft work (paint, rugs) hurt the integrity of the home the rooms that should be painted ARE REPAINTED. The furniture that hurts the integrity of the home is removed and replaced by “staging” new furniture that will help sell home. Nothing is usually done to the extreme that would affect the environment, surroundings w/ or ecological concerns. Most times this is a small price for the seller to pay for a higher selling price and to recoup the cost of new paint, etc. This home is beautiful. Re addressing the stair railing, one rug, painting out all the gray(s) and yellow WOULD DEFINITELY secure an expeditious sale at the right price for a buyer that feels he doesn’t need to “fix-up” a 2M $$ property. Wishing you the very best w/ the home sale.
Beautiful
Wonderful
Nice character
Is the vantage for sale?

They chose it because they like it
Good bones but the interior design looks as if it was done by DFS and Oak Furniture Land

@@leafy803 absolutely.
Beautiful property! Sadly,I was hoping the inside would be a little more traditional, less modern and not keen on the grey!

Nice house, but so boringly restored. Looks like a corporate hotel for tired executives....
