You are such a good teacher (as well as a skillful potter)! I often "hear your voice" when I am in my studio. Right now, I am having trouble with my saké bottle 徳利 being too heavy at the bottom, so I will keep trying. Also, how do you measure the amount of clay to use for the right volume for saké? Japanese sake is expressed in units of 1 GOU.
1 GOU is 180 mL.

However, it is not precisely calculated. It's a feeling.
