    You are such a good teacher (as well as a skillful potter)! I often "hear your voice" when I am in my studio. Right now, I am having trouble with my saké bottle 徳利 being too heavy at the bottom, so I will keep trying. Also, how do you measure the amount of clay to use for the right volume for saké? Thank you from Iwate!

      Japanese sake is expressed in units of 1 GOU.
      1 GOU is 180 mL.

      It is not determined by the amount of clay, but by the size of the mold.
      However, it is not precisely calculated. It's a feeling.
