I wanna rant about yoga pants lol I literally feel like I can never find a good pair that actually fits me good , their either baggy or to long or they have crotch sag like wth!!!!! Lol
I hate having to take a break from going to the gym. Like I did today because I over did it yesterday and I felt I was going to strain myself today if I went. So I slept in. Sometimes you have to listen to your body which sucks cause you want to do what you want and I'm at the point where I physically can't (because I'm 35 and can't push my body like that) and it's annoying
I hate and love having online friends bc i will have one good conversation with them and think we are friends and they will never talk to me again (bc of timezones and them being busy) and then they just ghost me and i had this one friend and we talked like every 2 days and now he doesn't even talk to me anymore so yeah i hate online friends bc they are very unreliable and thats what i hate, sorray for saying so much and bad spelling💅
My rant medication side effects… like you have all these odd occurrences.. my recent one is hair loss, dizziness, shortness of breath… so I thought maybe my iron was a lot lower than normal NOPE!! Side effect of a new medication, can’t stop the medication because it is actually working so just deal until it should, eventually, lessen….. yeah I need to make a video about it when I get the energy. Ugh stupid medicine
Girl I have three kids back to back in my thirties and I used to always be the small skinny girl until after I had kids and it seemed like I couldn't get my body to not even go back to normal but to go back to okay. It's a journey especially as you get older your body changes especially for women. I've been going through premenopause and girl! Honestly if you feel good you look good.
I like when people tell me their compliment worded in a way that is geared towards health. Something like “you look like you’ve been feeling well lately” etc. “or you look like you’re in a good mental space lately” etc,. Because that’s really what “you look like you’ve lost weight” means.

1:30 I COMPLETELY relate to this!! I’ve recently lost a lot of weight due to being very sick. And I have had people say stuff like, “oh you look so great” or “you’ve lost weight you look amazing!” And I’m just over here like, “thanks it’s because I’ve been horribly sick with doctors telling me it’s in my head or they have no idea what’s wrong so just suffer!” 🫠 I even had a doctor tell me that being sick was a gift from nature so I could lose weight……. PARDON?!??!?
People need to keep the comments to themselves because the comments DO NOT HELP.
I hope you get better soon, that’s sounds so horrible to deal with. I can’t believe that a doctor would say that to a patient, its so unprofessional…
I really relate too. I lost 100 pounds after I had my first child, and I was being praised so much for how good I look. Now I just had my second child and I gained 50 pounds back and the compliments on my body stopped. Put me in a horrible mindset that I need to look the way I did before, even if it’s almost unattainable now.

Sometimes, losing a "friend" is a blessing in disguise. It's unfortunate but necessary. ❤ I want to encourage you not to be disheartened by others comments. I feel like women in general are a target for unsolicited remarks on our appearance. I've been bloated and asked if I was pregnant! I slept on wet hair and had someone comment I was balding in a spot where it's a cow lick. When I was pregnant and swelling badly, people would give me input on my diet. 😒 I take it with a grain of salt because a lot of people don't have a filter.
Women are targeted by other women. Women notice shit that men would never notice.

I completely understand. I have a history of ED from middle school. Now I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I know I’m supposed to gain weight, but having people constantly looking to see if I do, has been… a journey. I went out to dinner with my in-laws and my MIL said “We were talking the other night and you’re definitely not showing yet!” And it made me feel SO uncomfortable that they were discussing my body in their home.
Girl if you're pregnant , people are gonna look to see the baby bump. Don't get mad about it please. I'm sure people just love you and are hoping you're OK. Enjoy your pregnancy and gaining weight is all a part of it. Here's wishing you all the best.
My least favorite part of pregnancy was people discussing my body all the time. I hate attention on myself and it just made me feel embarrassed even though I’m 28.

@@HarrietHenriciI'm naturally thin. Both of my pregnancies all I heard was "you carry it all in your belly" and you look like you are about to pop. " even though i wasn't, it was from Like from 6 months onward. Which i also realize those are not insults, and the first one is a compliment.

They will look at your eyes first, then down to your belly immediately. The eye is pulled downward naturally. When I noticed that every single person I encountered did that, it messed with my head. Even though I know it comes from a place with zero malice. It's just that no one prepares you for that.

YES. I swear by showering before the gym. Even if I get sweaty, it's nice clean "me" scent. And I don't feel so icky after. Usually I'll do the scrubbing and cleaning before, no moisturizer. I work out. Do a quick 1min body rinse after. Moisturize and get cozy.

I had a friend breakup recently, similar issues everything was drama drama drama. Couldn’t do anything without it starting something. Since cutting her and her family out of my life a weight is off my shoulders, and it is hard losing people I did legitimately care about this person and her kids but 🤷🏻♂️ life goes on.

Story time: when I was about 18 I was over 250 lbs and I had to go to endocrinologist to monitor my thyroid and to talk about similar health issues. Anyway it was my first time going to this doctor and like I said I was 18 so I went with my dad. There was a point where my dad left the exam room to give me privacy with my doctor. Then it was like the doctor flip this switch, he started talking down to me about my weight. He stated “every time someone looks at you they will only see fat” I remember getting really quiet and started to feel really insecure. He would not stop talking about how “fat” I look and was. This was not the first time someone had called me fat, but it just the way he made me feel like all I was, was “fat.” Long story short I never went to that doctor again, and actually I never really shared this story with my family but only like a few friends that I knew would understand this feeling of people seeing you as only one thing.
Anyway girl I follow you because your personality is so relatable and you got them jokes. I also think you are beautiful and slay all day every day. I wish we live in world where people could just freaken chill and not idolize or glorify people by their body type.

I lost 37 lbs (and it took a LOT of self control and changing what I ate) during C*vid19. And I’m short, so it really showed. I was beyond hurt when outside family acted like they didn’t even notice. I would sure have appreciated a “Wow, you look like you’ve really lost weight!”
Long story short, I blurted out “Just exactly HOW much weight does someone have to lose before you guys would notice!?!?!” 😂
