You've got really good structure. Really good power delivery in your turn and strikes. You can also tell you know what you are doing when you disengage from the dummy and your upper body "turns off" and doesn't affect your structure when you move. This is a good instructional video.

The trunk is actually PVC pipe. Traditionally it's made of wood, but I needed something more easily portable. I have a wooden one outside in my backyard.
