I know it might vary by state, but would one need a permit to sell cupcakes of this kind since it has alcohol? I soooo badly want to try this but as a side hustle, not so much my main source of income. :)
Did your edible images not have a baking on them? It looked like you just cut them out then glued straight onto the fondant.
Yes it was plastic on the back. I peeled it off.

No I didn’t but I do sometimes. No I’ve never had that issue.

What program do you use for the Hennessey labels?
Canva. I google a blank Hennessy label then add the name and any text in canva. I size them to 2.5 inches for cupcakes.
