There is no way for any one person to "do" all of these things. Outsourcing to managers, who then outsource to employees/contractors/freelancers is how. But that requires capital to begin with. I have no doubt overseeing these things takes work. However, without money, ambition and hardwork do not just make these things succeed. You can build a car, but with no fuel, you go nowhere.
