@@Brave_New_Tube Just because a character is boring/uninteresting/underwhelming doest't make them a Mary Sue. To be a Mary Sue or Gary Stu the character most be unrealistically perfect. Like having no flaws, be loved by everyone no matter what, having plot armor, etc. I swear the term has lost any meaning it ever had. Like Minato being a perfect Jinchuriki could be seen as Gary Stuish.
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era will always have a special place in my heart and soul, these are the most unique Naruto games for me, only Storm 1 was coming close to these Masterpiece Naruto games, especially from gameplay features perspective, I don't know exactly why, but for me, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era are so nostalgic, unique and divine at the same time, I have so many memories during my childhood by playing these Unique Naruto games, Naruto games from PS2 Era was always very close to the anime itself because of the unique vibe and charm☯️

Water dragon was pretty strong in this game. We used to head to Kabuto cause he had a jutsu that would put people to sleep (it was also somewhat difficult to sub too if I'm remembering right).
Most are unlocked through the storyline, or by completing the chapters of “Hero’s History” Other characters are unlocked specially; Hanabi is unlocked by hanging out with her in the village, and Hokages 1-3 are unlocked by answering questions correctly at the academy. And once you’ve unlocked everybody, you get The Yellow Flash (plus you can start the game as awakened versions of certain characters).
@@neonwattled As you may know, some of the characters have awakened versions of themselves that manifest after their Ultimate Jutsu has resolved (One-Tailed Naruto, Curse Mark 2 Sasuke, Possessed Gaara, Drunken Fist Lee, etc). After you’ve unlocked all characters, you can choose to start out the battle as the Awakened version of those characters; You press one of the buttons on the controller (I think it was “Select”) and you can switch between the regular and awakened version of that character
