This race, I decided to try a motorcycle since it would maneuver better than anything else and I could rule the race in that way. I time it up and start the song as I roll up on the race proper, ready to ride to glory to a sick ass song. I'm rolling through the Northwest corner of the map, going through checkpoints and grooving to the music. Really wakes me up, makes me feel like I've got this one in the bag. I passed everyone up during a traffic jam on the first turn, so everything after that is gravy. I am coming up on the drop too, so I know that things are going to get real interesting moving forward. Now, I've never raced this map before, so there's this left turn that brings you to a point where you're supposed to go left again around this house in the middle. The drop is hitting though, and I'm like "Eh, I can clear that house on this bike." BEAST MODE engage. Except, I hit the curb and fling myself forward, killing myself instantly just as the drop hits and ragdolling through the next intersection. That was about five minutes ago, and I haven't stopped laughing since.
