As someone who deals with chronic illness and a traumatic brain injury symptoms, I have to say that communities of people who deal with these and other chronic illness/pain are the most empathetic, compassionate, sharing people. It still amazes me that I can find "random strangers" on the internet being more collected and grounded than some of the doctors I've encoutered in my life.

I was lying in bed listening to this last night in pain from my illness, fell asleep and woke up and hour or two later and couldn't feel any pain anymore, it really felt like it was lifted from me and my body felt light and peaceful. Thank you!

I love this so much. I was diagnosed this year with endometriosis. I have chronic pain and was just taken medication that helps with the pain because it was effecting something else. I’m having a hard time since I am off it. Thank you for this

i think it's rare for people to really understand what it means to have a chronic disease, i appreciate every one that atleast tries, but even i could never have imagined how it were before i got ill myself. i suffer from both P.O.T.S. and M.E. (Also known as CFS = Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), every day i keep going, but i am always in pain that i would not even be ABLE to imagine before 2018 and i'm ALWAYS exhausted, no energy, no nothing -_-
alexander bjerregaard exactly! It’s the “hidden illness” and it’s something I feel personally very strongly about after seeing my loved ones going through it. I can’t imagine how hard it is to live with. Hopefully this helps in some small way ☺️

Enjoying this amsr just started listening will update how it went when me and my wife wake we both have positive ANA, carpal tunnel in both hands , rheumatoid, arthritis, I have 3 herniated disc my back , I have scoliosis as well . I have nerve damage in my elbow all the way to my hand and have neuropathy . I hav one hip 3 inch higher other.myb wife has overlapping lupis and fibromyalgia , degeneration of the spine, carpal tunnel. She also has a left stem brain injury
