टीचर ट्रांसफर पालिसी से भड़के शिक्षक, बोले- "जींस नहीं तो लूंगी चलेगी?"

Bihar Education Department has banned teachers from wearing jeans and T-shirts in schools, which has increased resentment among teachers. Some teachers consider this impractical and are seeking financial support for the dress code. At the same time, some teachers unions supported this move, provided allowances are given.The department ordered that teachers should come to school only in formal dress. Teachers say that if there is hope of wearing better clothes, then allowance for it should be mandatory. Now it remains to be seen what action the government takes on this.

बिहार शिक्षा विभाग ने स्कूलों में शिक्षकों के जींस और टी-शर्ट पहनने पर रोक लगाई, जिससे शिक्षकों में नाराजगी बढ़ गई है। कुछ शिक्षक इसे अव्यवहारिक मानते हैं और ड्रेस कोड के लिए वित्तीय सहायता की मांग कर रहे हैं। वहीं, कुछ शिक्षक संघों ने इस कदम का समर्थन किया, बशर्ते भत्ता दिया जाए। विभाग ने आदेश दिया कि शिक्षक केवल औपचारिक परिधान (Formal Dress) में ही स्कूल आएं। शिक्षकों का कहना है कि यदि बेहतर कपड़े पहनने की उम्मीद है, तो इसके लिए भत्ता अनिवार्य होना चाहिए। अब देखना होगा कि सरकार इस पर क्या कदम उठाती है।
