The Volo Auto Pirates

Here back again at possibly my favorite place to be, we see the Volo Pirates. The band doesn't exactly have a name and I believe I've uploaded the skit before, but nevertheless a very unique band. I'm taking this video as in a few months the Beagles (Yes really) will be put in the showroom somewhere. I doubt the pirates are going anywhere I just wanted a look at the showroom before they put in the boys, and I'll get right on to recording them when they're operational in the spring. Also I'm holding a friendly competition with some of my friends in the area to see who can go get to see them working first.

The right pirate looks like a retrofit of one of the bands from Major Magic’s

All of them and the shows were made in house at an animatronic company in Illinois. I’m blanking on the manufacture, maybe it’s the same as major Magic’s show, but I have no idea.

He’s not a retrofit although. Sam, the bass playing Major Magic’s character has a head tilt and a couple more movements this pirate doesn’t.

Yeah, they’re not really creepy at all. Just their glassy eyes can be a little off putting, but that’s it.

Volo Auto Muesem is an antique store / car museum / self playing organ and animatronic museum / pizza place / etc. place I supposed. They have a lot of stuff. They are most notable for their cars, but after seeing 100+ automobiles, you can go watch an animatronic band and then after that go antiquing. It's a lot of things XD defiantly worth a visit however even if you don't like cars. Oh yeah and the antique store and animatronic/self playing organ and animatronic shows are free to see.
