Out Of This World-Muskegon MI Chuck E. Cheese (Summer 2017)

- So this footage is a little old. I recorded it last summer and man did it bring back some nosolgia. I recorded nearly the same exact video exactly a year ago. This year I was surprised to see the Cappa panel was removed. (At least I believe it was Cappa) Eitherway, I still would consider this my favorite store of all time and they even decorated for the summer. Also, Chuck looks better here than he did last year in my opinion.
Fun fact about this sadly permanently closed location, they oddly removed the middle section with the old Cappa nonsense and blue screen. I don’t know why they did this, but it looks cool with out it. Not any better for sure, but unique.
I used to go to this location ALL the time when I was little, probably one of the most rememberable parts of my childhood, I had 2 birthday parties here and I LOVED this place. What was weird is you were allowed to walk on the stage, I remember being up there up staring up at Chucky himself. One time I ripped open some of his velcro and saw his internal eletricals. I remember the playplace it had, you could crawl up above everything and look down upon the unworthy foe below. Gosh I loved that place
If you have any old photos of this location, I’d love to see them. Especially of the play place you mentioned as I didn’t even know this location had one since it was so small. If you have an instagram, my @ is showbiz_chicago
@@showbizcec4985 I’ll have to see, I know they did eventually tear the playplace if I remember correctly, also Chucky used to not perform and he would just look around, I believe they added the performance around the time you went there. Funny enough when we were little we were playing around on the stage and accidentally tore down some of the lighting, our dad quickly grabbed out and ran out of there before anybody saw it
@@CooperPlaysandVlogs LOL that’s hilarious! Shame this location is gone it was one of my favorites.
do you have any outside footage? it looks really cool from the outside.
little update on this location since it closed around august 2019 or 2020. i visited the old location earlier today to check out what was goin on inside. it is now a place called "the sports academy". it was kinda hard to see in, but the chuck e paper covering the windows (still after two years) had a few tears i could look in. the floor now has green all over, and theres nets all over the place. the old stage location is now just an indent in the wall. the prize counter had been boarded up and turned into a separate room i assume. they kept the booths for some reason tho and they located them at the front of the store.
Very interesting! Cool to hear the update! The bot got sent to a different store and replaced a 32 M bot for anyone wondering
@@showbizcec4985 what store was it, im kinda curious bc idk what happened to ours. i assumed it went to the grand rapids location for parts for theirs
@@Story0fUndertale I forget exactly where it went, but it went to an alpha in MI. Hopefully someone will chime in with the correct answer to that sorry my knowledge is failing me
@@showbizcec4985 i think it might have been dearborn
@@Story0fUndertale I believe it was Ann Arbor which later closed afterwards
WHAT I never seen that stage
Location used to be quite great, went there as a little kid a few times but the animatronic chucky always scared me, pre-fnaf anyway. These days the building sits there empty and locked up due to the closing from the pandemic but from the inside entrance to the mall it's in, you can still see through the windows to see a sad empty room.
Just went to the mall the other day and it looks like they are tearing the store apart, Wonder who's moving in.
RIP Muskegon CEC🙏
can we get an R.I.P for this location?
@@cecshowstars1050, no it closed last year due to CEC's bankruptcy/pandemic.
@@jonthegamerboy it closed before the pandemic (i think? might have been august 2020 but i swear i saw it closed before then)
Nice video I live in Livonia Michigan which is 25 minutes away from downtown Detroit but that's in the SouthEast of Michigan So this location is a few hours away from Livonia but still great video
You should visit marvin's marvelous mechanical museum. They have a (nonfunctional) PTT band. Also, it's a bit of a drive to Flint but it would totally be worth it to see Daniel And The Dixie Diggers at Huckleberry Junction and the CEC with an awesome 3-stage ten minutes away if you get the chance.
I've never seen 3 stage 2 stage studio c alpha or any of the studio cs...ps my nearest location is Springfield Illinois
Wow, up here we got everything. Even a rocker stage!
@@showbizcec4985 jeez

Why does that chuck look so weird?
Strep Throat It’s a beta that’s why.
I went to a location in Ohio & it has this stage. The feet are twisted really bad.
RAE West Virginia Do you know what city the store is located in? I really wanna see this early Cappa stage again
