Protection Warrior Solo Karazhan Midnight Farm - WOTLK Classic

I recently got my Karazhan attunement on the warrior just so I could start farming here!
Strategy Used:
-Pop offensive cooldowns at the start (Retaliation, trinkets, etc.)
-When Attumen comes out, keep focusing Midnight to make Attumen mount up, but feel free to cleave as his health won't reset.
-Depending on my health I'll pop Enraged Regeneration when he mounts up.
-Now just kick him down one final time!
Notes:
-Enraged Regeneration is paired well with Last Stand (as well as similar trinkets) and Shield Wall, to regenerate as much health as possible when you're actively taking damage.
-This encounter can be done in either Unrelenting Assault or Deep Prot specs.

How did you heal second phase?

When he phases I pop all defensives (Shield Wall, Shield Block, Last Stand) along with Enraged Regen to heal as much as possible

I don't have a specific gear sheet on hand, but it's pretty much just Naxx tanking gear, and it doesn't even have to be full bis. Also the glyphs are shown in the talents link in the description :D
