This is my guide to Heroic TOGC 10M! It’s the first guide I’ve made for a raid so I hope it helps someone out there! A few important things to note: 1. The skills tooltips I found were for 25M so the damage values are going to be lower on 10M. I added some text when I thought it was relevant/needed but please be aware of that. 2. I made the slides at the end of each chapter for a quick “at-a-glance” summary of how to do the boss fight. They aren’t beautiful but they may help you refresh on some mechanics if you are looking to quickly one shot on the first night. 3. I show 2 different strategies for Twin Valks and for Anub’Arak and I would highly encourage you to watch both so you can understand the fights better. 4. You may use this guide as an OUTLINE for 25M, however, I highly suggest that you watch an actual 25M guide as damage / health values will be different which will change parts of the strategies. For example, you likely won’t be able to zerg the Anub’Arak fight on 25M. If you have requests for other videos, please feel free to leave them in a comment here! I’m also happy to answer any questions I can about the raid, as I ran it 3 times on the PTR this last weekend. Please like and subscribe as I’m trying to grow the channel and I’ll have more content out soon! Thanks for watching 😊

On faction champions if you have 2 DKs you can chain death grip a healer out of range of the other healer and nuke it down really fast. Even if you don't cc the 2nd healer.
Hey man! I just have a question about the zerg strat for Anub. You say DPS should passively cleave the adds but doesn't that leave them open to cast their shadow strike ability? Or does that become the offtanks responsibility?
Hi there! So if you have a Paladin tank here, or I suppose a Ret paladin, you can use Holy Wrath to stun both the adds and that should take care of the interrupt for you. Watching my video back a few times myself, and it looks like the adds on 10m are normally dying before they are casting it at all so if you are having issues with the shadow strike going off you may need to focus on clearing the adds just a bit more. Passive cleave may be the wrong word to use here I suppose, but you want to be focusing on cleaving while DPSing the boss as best you can so you can still meet the DPS check before he submerges. Sorry for the wall of text, I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions!

If you're doing normal mode ToGC 10M you could probably get into a group around 4k-4.5k gearscore. If you want to do heroic 4.5k-5k would probably let you into both 10m and 25m heroic runs I think, but this depends on your server :) Its a relatively easy raid so people are willing to put up with lower gearscore compared to Ulduar groups. You can literally just stand at max melee range and it won't hit you, no need to position near a wall and sacrificing hitting the boss from the back.
No point in using low rank heals to conserve mana, in wrath each rank uses the same amount of mana.
