If this game gets a remake “which it would never” I would buy it immediately. They would have to go through so many monsters and some wouldn’t make the game.
@@lovebirdrica22 one thing i hate on this game is that you can't farm for points and if one your capsules is destroyed you can't use for 5 duels, this is a pain but overall the game is great

I wanna see this game get not only a full-blown remake for the PS5 and Xbox Series X, but also an upgrade by including newer monsters from GX, 5D's, ZEXAL, ARC-V, VRAINS and SEVENS, as well as aspects from the Capsule Monsters spin-off anime, manga and the Japan-exclusive GBA games "Monster Capsule GB", and "Monster Capsule: Breed and Battle".
I hope they remaster, remake or even continue the main game. But also include a new game + so the likes of seto can use BE Ultimate Dragon. To me the only boring things is they use the same monster even thought you start a new game+.
This game does have a quote unquote new game + though, even though the game doesn't say it itself, you get to keep your symbol, the level of the symbol, all the capsules you have collected/bought/taken, and their respective level, it's still the same difficulty as all the opponents capsules are level 1 like they are in the first playthrough, but now that your capsules are higher level their pieces get more XP when they attack and kill yours when they manage to, like a level 1 will automatically level up to 2 if it kills one of your level 4 capsules so it's balanced like that but not the way you want. If you do want a harder challenge of this game there's a mod created for this game called Libra Mod that balance it, like Joey in vanilla has 4 Fire Reapers, meaning easy sweep with water monster capsules, but in Libra Mod two of the Fire Reapers are now 1 Kurama and 1 Baby Dragon along with two Fire Reapers instead of 4, they also put pieces that were meant to be in the game with almost all the data complete for them like Aqua Dragon I think, the only caviat being that almost, they don't have the 3D showcase when they fight so if the battle animation is on when you press confirm to attack another piece the game crash.
Let me just say that this was one of the best surprises I had at the time, I loved this game so so much and still do even after so many years. God bless my friend that gave me this game in my birthday

As a kid when I saw the Yami, my ass thought Yugi, Bakura, and Marik were siblings that saw eachother as rivals, but moreso it was Yugi that Marik and Bakura held ill intentions towards😭
It was a prefix used on characters who were alternate personalities that resided within other characters. It's a Japanese word that translates to "Dark" or "Darkness". Though it was a term only used in the English Dub of "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters". In the Japanese Dub, they would just be referred to by their names: "Yugi", "Bakura", "Marik", etc. Though they officially have "Dark" as a prefix differentiate them from their counterparts. But Dark Yugi was more commonly called "My Other Self" and "Partner" by Yugi, and "Nameless Pharoah" by some others; most notably the members of Doma. But since "Yami" and "Dark" are pretty much the same word, it's not inaccurate.

The leading characters have troubled dual personalities except for Kaiba, He is always the same collected and confident one. You have to respect this.
