How to UPCYCLE REPURPOSE a Child's Toy Horse into a BEAUTIFUL CAROUSEL HOLIDAY HORSE for DECORATION

I felt sorry for this little bouncy toy children's horse left out for trash, so I brought it home and converted it into a beautiful carousel horse decoration just in time for Christmas! I found a wooden curtain rod and floor lamp at the local thrift store to use as a base and used flowers, sleigh bells and supplies from Dollar Tree as embelishments.
