I think, that even though what he's portraying is very dark, the actual flow though..is on point. That particular bar doesn't just resonate because it's so shockingly graphic, it's the delivery. It does JUST flow, from a poetical perspective. It's actually one of those 'lyrical sweet spots' where the flow just FLOWS.
Effortless, excellent perfect use of the perfect words in a beautiful rhyme scheme. Now WHAT is being said... that's another matter. But I suggest that what kind of 'hurts' the soul with this is that it is so sick and horrificly violent...and transports you to a place where you feel for the imaginary victim, even subconsciously picture yourself suffering..but at the same time it sounds right lyrical flow wise. Ironically, that sort of reflects the narrative around the depiction of the devil in scripture, because I'm sure Satan was in charge of all the orchestras and choirs and so forth in heaven before the fall. So it is considered that the devil (fallen angel) had divine, higher knowledge of the power of music and all it's secrets..
