I've always wanted to visit Limin's specifically for goat roti, but I never made it. Thanks for taking the hit for me. It looks good. My only disappointment with this video? You should have cracked open your cousin's platter so we can see the oxtail hookup! I know he took it home to eat, but your audience only gets so many chances to view the food, ambience, and menu - so we have to do it through you and the victims, I mean "posse," you roll with. All good.

I love Goat !!! Curry goat is my favorite. This Roti goat looks amazing. You are right the meat is tender. I'm looking so forward to your review on Annabelle Kitchen on Washington St. In Newark. That should be a good one.
Its fairly easy to make but you MUST have the right curry. Trinidad curry is different than curry that jamaicans tend to use. Different flavor profile. Trinidad curry lends flavors from Indian curry. the brand you want is CHIEF, duck/goat. The cumin also CHIEF brand Roaster Geera. You want Tumeric as well. Its best if your doing tough meats to use a pressure cooker, which GREATLY infuse th flavors and tenderizes the meat. no need for chicken or fish.
