Sam portrays Eponine so amazingly. She shows how much disappointment she feels in her facial expressions but also shows the overpowering love she feels for Marius at the same time. And I guess that is what is so beautifully tragic about Eponine.
I just love how she bluntly says that she like him and he just blows her off.....so heartbreaking, but I do love the fact that he uses her nickname when he tells her to get out, and least it shows that he does care for her in some way, but not the way she hoped
I like this, but I'm a bit sad because in making Eponine take the letter, they cut out all of Maruis' badassery on the barricade and his attempt to save Gavroche by making him take the letter. But hey, Eponine gets more chances to be awesome, so it all balances out.

I know. Every time I think of Eponine or Samantha Barks (separately think of them) I end up thinking of the other, because her portrayal is perfect.
Marius can't take a hint that maybe...just maybe she might have feelings for him!
Poor Eponine

well in this case he tries to save her best friend, so it makes sense
