Do you think it's possible to covert my fisher minute mount 2 v plow for my asv skid steer, and be able to still use the plow on my ford f250, the way it is set up now? So skid mount plate would have to attach to the plow hookup ears the same way the truck does. yhank you, awesome video. Jim.
I'm not familiar with this setup. I did however do some quick research. Check out this article. summit-hydraulics.com/what-is-a-third-function-valve-kit-and-what-are-the-benefits-of-one/
This valve is a cushion valve to keep a spike in hydraulic pressure from ruining the cylinder or plow. To slow down the flow you either use an orifice bushing in the hydraulic coupler or an adjustable valve where it plugs onto the tractor.

It was easier to engineer rigid and take more abuse. It scrapes well. Our shoes on the ends float up and down to keep the pressure on the cutting edge and keeps the shoes from wearing out prematurely on one end.
nice build.
Thanks
Looks great guys
Thanks 👍
nice job try some messier 80TAC+ welding wire on your AC welder it is 80000 strength it runs great and 7014 and 7024 also are good
Thanks for the tips. We will look into that on our next project.

I've seen it done before
awsome job love it
Thanks for watching Brother Joe.
Great video!
How would you pipe the hydraulic lines on a kubota with a 3 function valve. Not sure how to hook them up

did you make the box sides or purchase? if purchase do you have a link?
Thanks
Can you slow the hydraulic flow down with that cross over valve?

WOW $1500.
Any chance you have a part number for the cross over relief valve you used?

Can you send a link where I can buy that relief valve you use ?

Do you have a link for the cylinders?
Why did you decide to make it rigid instead of free floating?
It was easier to engineer rigid and take more abuse. It scrapes well. Our shoes on the ends float up and down to keep the pressure on the cutting edge and keeps the shoes from wearing out prematurely on one end.
