How I answered 'Why MBA' question in my IIM Interview? The Perfect Answer for freshers

Why MBA? is one question that you will be asked in IIM or any MBA interview. This question can be asked to freshers or people with work experience and if you do not have anything on your profile, the why MBA answer can become really tricky for you. The MBA interviewer is not looking for complete clarity from your end but at least some clarity that you know what you are joining the MBA college for. It can be interest in a specific field, or to expedite your career after MBA, or even to learn skills in MBA that you feel is lacking currently.

Yes hardly HR roles come here because there are few candidates interested. IIM I still would have some roles. You can apply for off campus opportunities and if specifically interested in HR only, try for XLRI

You can give CAT 2025 if you're in 5th semester before the end of Registration which starts from Aug and last till September
