  • Ingredients:
    1) Onion - 3 pc,
    Cinnamon - 1 inch,
    Big Cardamon - 1 pc,
    Small Cardamon - 2 pc,
    Black Pepper - 15/20 pc,
    Clove - 5/10 pc,
    Mace - 1 g,
    Cummins - 2/3 g
    Cut the onion into pieces, add 1 cup oil (Mustard/Soyabean) into pan. Then add Cummins, Black Pepper, Small Cadamon, Big Cardamon, Clove, Cinnamon, Mace then add cut pieces of
    Onion. Fry the spices alongwith onion well on High Flame till the onion is getting brownish.
    Once, done then take the entire masala out of pan.
    2) Tomato - 4 pc,
    Onion - 4 pc,
    Ginger - 25 g,
    Garlic - 25 g,
    Green Chillies - 10 g.
    Grind it into jar to make masala then add Turmeric Powder - 1tbsp, Corriander Powder - 3tbsp, Red Chilly Powder - 2tbsp, Salt - 4tbsp(recommended as per taste), Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp, Chicken Masala - 2tbsp.
    3) Bay Leaf - 2 pc,
    Cinnamon - 1 inch,
    Black Pepper - 15-20 pc,
    Clove - 5/10 pc,
    Small Cardamon - 2 pc,
    Big Cardamon - 2 pc,
    Mace - 1 g,
    Cummins - 2 g
    Put some oil into pan then add Cummins, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Clove, Small Cardamon, Big Cardamon, Mace. Fry it for 5 minutes. Then add the masala which has been mentioned in step 2. Then keep frying the masala untill it gets yellowish.
    Then add 1 kg Chicken into it and cook it for 20 mins on high flame, then add some Chicken masala. I have added fried potatoes into it but its your choice whether to add it or not.
    Then pour Curd - 250g, Fresh Cream - 50g. Mix it well then cut green chillies (5-7 pc) and add it into the Chicken.
    Grind the spices into the mixer which we prepared in Step 1 then put into the chicken. Then put some Corriander Leaves on the top of our cooked chicken for garnishing.
    Our Yummy Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
