This man is a literal music genius, like there’s no SKIP for his songs! All of his songs are so good❤️🔥

I am obsessed with everything his man puts out, no lie. He's been heading toward this very heavy rock type style for a while now so its nice to see it all finally come together in an amazing album. The guitar in his tracks is mostly (or possibly all) done by Hoho, you can see him credited in all these tracks as well as in other ones like Feel Like. These two becoming friends was a gift to humanity because what a combo hoho's guitars and woodz voice is.
In general, woodz music is produced by one of his friends Nathan, himself, and hoho. Occasionally there will be other people brought in to help with the writing (especially on the all English songs like the ones in the Only Lovers Left album), but the amount of personal influence he has on his music is just, ugh, so good. He's already produced so many songs, so every album album is really cohesive because he chooses the ones that match the concept and vibe. I could go on and on about this man, I am truly obsessed.

Better and better is a fan song and it made me cry every time I listened to it. Hope to be like you is just such a perfect ending song and it just BREAKS my heart to read the lyrics
Oh Caitlin you're so sweet. I'm so happy with your reaction! He really deserves all the love in the world. This boy is such a sweetheart, such a hardworker, so so talented. I might be 100% biased but truly, he's one of the bests. I feel like a lot of people let him pass by because a soloist isn't as appealing as groups because people like to see relationships and friendship and that's fine and I understand because I love being a part of those bonds too, but Woodz, my beloved Seungyoun, has such a deep love for what he does... he tried so so so many times. I really love his bond with music. He debuted in a group, it went on a hiatus, then he debuted as a solo artist and it didn't go well and that made him question a lot of things and he had a rebrand and redebuted as a solo artist, then he joined a survival show and finally got the exposure he deserves to show the lovely boy he is, how talented and charismatic he is... and he debuted with the final group, but it also didn't last and he had to come back to his solo career... I mean, can you imagine how much he must love doing music to never give up? Just thinking about how he quit his soccer career in Brazil to pursue music and how many times he has tried makes me really emotional.

Honestly the first time I heard Better and Better, I knew... like 10 seconds into the song, I knew it would be my favourite. Just gets me. His voice, the lovey, wholesome vibes. It kills me and fulfills me at the same time. One of his best for sure!

Totally get it. Woodz is right behind my ULT Taemin for solo music. "Feels Like" was # 2 for me last year. This album really hits my rock soul! Yes I wish Anitra would check out more from Woodz. I really recommend you to watch his live performances too! And also his performance during his participation in produce x 101 especially "move" and "yes or no". Woodz performing Hijack last year and then teasing moodz for months because we wanted it back in December. The wait was well worth it. For lack of any better way of explaining it, Hijack has me chained up in handcuffs and wanting him to run me over again and again. I can’t explain how much that song is going to be coursing in my veins this year.

From the album highlight preview, when I heard Dirt on my leather, I was like, this is going to be it. It is going to be THE song for me. I also immediately thought of you because of the guitar haha I knew you were going to lose it if you heard it 😂 hearing the full thing now, it did not disappoint AT ALL. It's so good wtf.
Hijack, THE GUITAR TOO. It's so nasty and gritty and perfect omg I love it so much 😩 when he said 'running out of time' it felt like a punch to the gut each time and then it was just riding along the chorus.
Those two definitely had the type of sound I like more. Adding them to my playlist for sure.
Seungyoun never misses with his albums and Colorful Trama is no exception!!! Whenever you have the time to Caitlin, I highly recommend listening to the Equal album, that album is the literal definition of no skips and it by far his best album imo.

I was just like you with Better and Better! I stayed awake for the mv and album and there I was 6am lying in bed, with my headphones on, eyes closed, headbanging on the first three songs and then comes better and better. My heart felt so freaking full with this song that by the time Hope to Be Like You started I was full on crying. And I had no idea what he was saying as I had no lyrics at that time. That's what I love the most about music. It makes you feel things you might not be prepared for, regardless of where it came from or if you understand what is being said. It doesn't happen often, but Woodz managed that perfectly. God, I love him.

Thank you so much for your response to such a wonderful music album. In fact, there are a lot of great musicians in K-pop. Hearing at least one of them you will be shocked. So Woodz is one of those musicians. For me, the following musicians were the same amazing discovery: Gaho, DPR Ian, PLT, Victon. I sincerely hope that you will try at least one composition from creativity. They are just treasures! Gaho has covers of popular BTS and Black Pink songs. These covers deserve special attention, because musically they are beyond praise! I hope to listen together) I will make a wish so that we can see these amazing musicians together!))

Also, you should take a look at the showcase he did this morning. He sang a bunch of songs with a live band, including Hoho (his friend and guitarist on this album). It was a full on rock concert! Some songs might be spoilers for you, so I'd recommend the ones you've already heard, not the full thing. I know you're super busy these days, so you should do it on your own time, that's fine. I just think you'd love it.
And about Hijack, picture this: woodz walking in like a boss, with a long fur coat, vinyl pants and sunglasses, and singing this song. Yeah, he did that last year in the Asia Artist Awards. I still think he was trying to kill us Moodz lol
