      This will help to improve your shoulders strength and grip strength. With this single equipment you can do various types of work for shoulder. And this will improve forearm strength also. @@MoonBull13

    If you’ve never held a steel club, they’re the heaviest 15,20,25,30,35 lb thing you’ve ever held in your life. It’s unbelievable and this guy makes it look easy.

      Correct the first time you pick up a 15 pound one it feels like 35 pounds It's because of the torsion also I have an onnit one like he has and I weighed it and its 18 pounds 1 in the ball on the end 2 in the handle and the rest is in the big piece on the top

      I would recommend you start by strengthening your tendons with something to light to cause any kind of injury (5 or 10 pounds) and then switch to 15 pounds. Check out adex clubs they are micro adjustable, making it impossible to fail.

      Start with trying to do 10 push-ups 10 sit-ups and if you can find a place to do pull-ups at a park / random bar at your house, work up to being able to do 10. Work on being able to move ur body weight easily until you can get weights / strong enough to use them

    Question. I am 6’2. Buck50. Can not keep weight on. I can eat whatever I want and I burn it off. I want to get to the point of gaining weight to potentially build some strength. Any suggestions?

    • @rishab0B
      @rishab0B Рік тому

      Best would be a good diet chart and lifting heavy (relative to your strength).
      You can always do martial arts, which help in overall strength without the need for a lot of body weight.

      Peanut butter, olive oil, full fat dairy, trailmix, high fat steaks and chicken recipes that aren’t low cal like “chicken broccoli and rice”(🤮) which is dogshit btw in any case unless u make it like an Asian style meal or something but pretty much learn how to cook normally which will be easier for you since you are trying to gain and not lose, losing sucks because u have to learn how to make low calories versions but you got it so just try

    • @vladislavno
      @vladislavno 3 місяці тому

      More beef, eggs, butter. You're probably not eating as much as you think calorically. You're going to have to design a meal plan with enough calories and force yourself to eat more than you do now

  • @lancethiele
    @lancethiele Місяць тому

    Actually technique isn’t great for an instructional video. Rack position is with forearms parallel to the ground. And initially this exercise should be done with the feet stationary, forcing the rest of the body to rotate and stretch.
