Cheers mate. My dad and I just watched your video. Dad loved the foil idea for removing the chips. We both have the same smoker but have not used it on fish yet. Dads caught many fish at Tumut.
Non stick cooling racks should not be used on heat source. There is a health risk associated with the release of the synthetic coating. Otherwise good vid.👍
